Positive: Great size property, three good sized bedrooms. It’s a great location. Has a beautiful view of the sunset. Couches and beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool included in the cost on the first floor, it’s not big but perfect for the kids and keeping cool.
Negative: Inconvenient having to pay in cash. But think booking.com should make that clearer.

Positive: The apartments are ideally located. The nearest beach is 100m from the house. The house always has a wonderful climate, regardless of the weather. The hostess and her husband are very friendly, told and showed everything, including where to buy foods. We havn't any problems.

Positive: Comfortable apartment. Spacious, comfortable living room with huge windows. The living room windows offer sea views. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent location 50 meters from the seashore. Calm, clean, comfortable neighborhood. A wonderful place to relax and live!

Positive: The apartment is in an older building overlooking the sea. It is very large for Israel. Sparsely decorated, which is good because there is no clutter. 5 minute walk to the beach, including long stairway down from the street. Hot water reliable. Owners are very nice, but...
Negative: First, bring lots of cash since the owners only accept it. No credit cards. Cash up front, the full amount. Also, owners nickle and dime for electricity, marking the meter before and after and charging extra for using electricity. The owners are elderly but insist on cleaning the large apartment themselves, meaning it was not cleaned very well. Dishes were either not clean or soapy. There was trash and leftover food from prior renters. Floors were not cleaned well. Towels were clean, but not plentiful. Soap not provided at sinks.
Summary: I would say you get what you pay for and then some. I would return because of location and size

Positive: Dalia and Udi met us when we arrived. They were super nice and helpful. They took care of every detail and were very helpful. They felt almost like a family since they kept making sure we are comfortable. The apartment is spacious and can host easily 6 people. The apartment is equipped very well for everything you may need for your vacation. The location is fantastic. Literally, 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach., shops, restaurants, supermarket, and a short walk to the center of town.
Negative: If you come with a big family you need to plan your showers since if you all shower in the morning there might not be enough hot water. better to take a shower later in the day when the solar system is heating more water or take only quick showers if you have to do it all in the morning.
Summary: Great experience, great location and super hosts
